From what you are to how you communicate it and how others communicate it for you
An identity or brand voice without clear criteria ends up sounding like everyone speaking on its behalf, except itself.
We turn your essence into transferable criteria: delegate execution without losing your voice, your style, or your essence.
WHEN COMMUNICATION MOVES INTO OTHER HANDS
Another person, an agency, or AI. It should still sound like you.
We help you build communication that is coherent and unmistakably yours, able to grow without losing your essence or your judgment.
01
We turn your voice into criteria.
Whether it is yours or your institution’s: we read it, analyze it, and put it into words. The rhythm, the cuts, what is said, and what is left out.
You receive: a living criteria document that any person or AI can follow.
02
We produce content in your voice.
An editorial desk where AI accelerates research and proposes first drafts, while a professional directs, decides, and takes responsibility for what gets published.
You receive: pieces aligned with your content strategy: emails, newsletters, captions, and scripts ready to produce.
03
We maintain consistency.
We monitor everything published in your name, or in your institution’s name, so it follows your voice and criteria, no matter who—or what—wrote it.
You receive: a monthly report with course-correction suggestions and what was learned during the month.
Where are you now?
You are about to launch.
Before investing in design, social media, or advertising, it helps to be clear about who you are, what you say, and how you want to sound. Once that is defined, every step in building your brand or identity becomes positive accumulation: congruent, coherent, yours.
You are growing.
You delegate communication, change community managers, add a collaborator, or work with an agency. You need your criteria, voice, and style to remain solid no matter who executes.
Your communication cannot depend on your being present in order to sound consistent.
If someone else is going to design, write, publish, or create content for you, they need clear criteria: voice, tone, style, and coherence.

Before launching, let’s organize the criteria.
Your brand is still taking shape. This is the best moment to prevent it from being born confused.
A strategic guide to help your site explain what you do more clearly.
What it is
A way to organize the content that supports your site.
A Site Library is not a generic blog. It is an architecture of useful content that explains your brand, your service, your differences, and the real questions a client needs answered before trusting you.
For clients
It helps people understand what you do, who it is for, how you work, and why you matter.
For Google
It gives the site more semantic context and stronger signals about your experience and usefulness.
For AI
It explains more clearly what a system should understand when analyzing your brand.
Components
What it can include.
Guides
Content that explains decisions, criteria, and paths for choosing better.
FAQs
Real questions that reduce friction before contacting or buying.
Comparisons
Differences between options, approaches, services, or solutions.
Cases and examples
Concrete situations that show how criteria are applied.
Own glossary
Words and concepts that explain how the brand thinks.
Editorial architecture
A structure so the site does not depend on random posts.

These are not recipes for publishing more. They are notes for thinking better before communicating: branding, editorial thinking, AI, and brand direction.
Marca y criterio
Delegate the function. Not the criteria.
There is a difference between giving someone work and giving them criteria. Most brands do the first while expecting the second.
IA y criterio
A confused brand also confuses AI.
If the brand tone does not exist anywhere, AI cannot respect it. It will invent one, probably a generic one.
Editorialidad
Editorial thinking is not a calendar.
The calendar says what to publish. Editorial criteria say what makes sense for this brand to say — and what does not.
Coherencia
Coherence is not repetition.
It does not mean always saying the same thing. It means that what the brand says at different moments points in the same direction.
Nuevo marketing
The problem is not publishing more.
Publishing more without criteria does not build a brand. It builds noisy presence, which is sometimes worse than not being there.
Escala
What gets lost when a brand scales.
The organizations that scale best are the ones that turn their criteria into something transferable before they need it.
I could tell you that I am a journalist, photographer, or that I am available to help with your communication and brand, and that would place me more quickly. But you would very probably be left with an incomplete idea of me.
Saying I began as a poet would also be arrogant; poetry is a very high threshold, perhaps the highest for artists of language. But it is not false either: that is where my curiosity for words began, trying to factor an emotion, a sensation, a situation, or some piece of my life into rhythm, phonemes, and letters.
That curiosity took me from poetry to visual arts, architecture, design, photography, and journalism. Then came television, radio, and the written press. Later, institutional communication for humanitarian organizations with global reach, where I first faced the challenge of caring for brands with international projection.
Ten years ago I moved to France. I learned the language while raising my children and worked in a more commercial world, where digital marketing and branding were everyday work.
Today, with another perspective, a long road behind me, and a wider view of the world, I am clear about something: experience was relevant when the past looked like the future. In the face of the technological spiral, curiosity and the ability to adapt are more relevant.
That is why I am here, with one foot on the ground of my story and supported by new technologies, creating tools and services that help you maintain your criteria, your voice, your identity, and your brand.
I use artificial intelligence and technology-assisted work systems as part of the process. The tool can accelerate, organize, and produce; the criteria remain human.
